This is a first ever Sunday afternoon ride of the lagalags. We started at the Russian Ridge parking lot, went up hawks trail, then over to clouds rest onto our fav ancient oaks trail, then up onto Skyline Ridge.

Sept 25, 2010: Water Dog and never fails!
What a Water Dog ride! Well, we wanted a short, fun and technical ride and we got it. We climbed up the never ending switchbacks. 5.3 miles and 55 minutes of riding - with about 5 nasty falls for everyone except Chito! Endos and all.

Started at Grizzly Flat Parking Lot on Skyline Blvd.
Down Grizzly Flat Trail (Park #1 - Upper Stevens Creek County Park)
Northwest Canyon Trail (Park #2 - Montebello Park)
Exit out on Gate MB06, crossover Skyline Blvd into Gate SR04
Northwest along Horse Shoe Lake and Alpine Pond ({Park #3 - Skyline Park)
Cross under connecting tunnel from Skyline park to Russian Ridge Park
Explored Russian Ridge (Ancient Oaks trail, Rapley Ranch (Park #4 - Russian Ridge Park)
Exit gate RR01 cross over to Clouds Rest onto Coal Creek gate CC03
Meadow Trail (Park #5 - Coal Creek Park)
Crossed and climbed short portion of Page Mill Road enter Gate MB04
White Oak trail (aka Chito's favorite mogul hills) (this is Park #2 again- Montebello )
Skid Road, exit at gate MB06
Entered gate SR04 (Park # 3 again - Skyline Park)

25July2010: Saratoga Gap
Maiden ride for benny's new titanium hardtail! Benny, Gene and Chito rode Saratoga Gap in the afternoon. 10 miles 1-1/2 hrs ride time.

Started at Grizzly Flats Trail Parking lot, went into Long Ridge, then Skyline Ridge, Russian Ridge, Coal Creek and Montebello.
Clear blue cloudless skies. Definite hotter than previous weekends with temps at about 80 deg F
This is the day Benny's Trek Fuel bike cracked at the chainstay!

June 19. 2010: MTB 3 Parks - Saratoga Gap + Long Ridge + Skyline
Jun, Gene, Chito & Benny: 15.5 miles 2 hr 20 min
A chilly 50 deg F and wet trails for a summer ride! Started at Saratoga Gap trail head (junction 35 & 9), went down Peter'sCreek Trail to hook up to Long Ridge, then proceeded to Skyline Ridge Trail through Christmas Tree Farm. Pictures taken at Horsehoe Lake. The sun came out eventually though overcast most of the time.
